I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a diverse and dynamic professional background. I’ve worked as a crisis line responder at the Calgary Distress Centre, where I provided support and guidance to vulnerable individuals navigating some of life’s most challenging moments. As a former volleyball coach and current business owner, I utilize a collaborative and goal-driven approach, emphasizing the importance of teamwork, building resilience, and perseverance. I also value evidence-based treatments in therapy and am committed to creating an inclusive, supportive space where client’s feels respected.
